Start a pool
Go to order. Choose "I will be the pool manager". The username will be your login name, you can change this later. The email address must be correct because you will receive a confirmation email later to create your account. After you have completed the order process, you will receive a message at the end that an email has been sent.

You will receive an email with a link to confirm your account with the login details.
Click on the link in the email. You will then arrive at the following screen:

For password you need to enter the generated password that is in the e-mail. Choose a new password. You can also use these login details to log in to the players area.

To log in to the pool management environment, go to: https://pouleplanner.eu/admin. To log in as a player go to: https://pouleplanner.eu.

In the management environment you see that one player has already been created. This is yourself. Click on edit to further complete your data. The avatar is used on the rules page and for the rankings.
Go to the pool and the association via the admin menu and complete the data. On the edit pool page you can chooose whether it is a double or single pool.

If your pool is for men and women you can enter a ranking correction for the creation of a game schedule and for calculation of the virtual ranking result. A value of .25 seems to give good results. You can also choose for playing games on time or by sets won. If you choose for 'sets won' the entered game results must be a valid result set. Players can always agree among themselves to start the new set with e.g. 2-2, if there is not enough time left to play a whole set.
At rules content you can enter text that is shown in the front-end menu "rules". You can also choose here that players can enter match data themselves.

The result for the page rules is then as follows:

Then enter the players and schedule matches.

Manage players
Through the players menu you can add new players, send invitations and keep track of the status of the players.

Schedule matches
The match dates menu allows you to schedule matches. You can add a whole series of dates at once, e.g. every Friday at 8am for the next two months.
