Add players
You can add players by going to the players menu and clicking on the new player button. Fill in the details. The initials are used to create pictograms. You can look up the ranking on the official site of your country. The ranking is the starters ranking that is used to calculate the current ranking. The email address must be correct because an invitation to participate in the pool will be sent to that address later. The rest of the fields are optional. The players can change this information themselves after they have accepted their invitation. After saving, the player will appear in the list.
Invite players
By clicking on the button with the arrow, a confirmation email is sent. The player then receives an email with a link to confirm his account. After clicking on the link, the player must enter his password. After that, the player can log in and register for matches. The player can then also enter the results of played matches.
Overview of entered players
In the overview of the players the captain can see when the players have received an invitation and whether the invitation has been accepted. By filtering the list you can get a list of the players who have received an invitation but have not yet registered.
Editing a player's data
You don't have to enter all the data. Players can change their data themselves. They just can't change their playing strength. So you have to enter that yourself as captain.
